Yes. Free covers an unlimited number of properties, monthly income/expense logging, recurring entries, and the recent-activity feed — forever. Standard and Pro are optional paid upgrades.

Two or three minutes per property. Address, type, bedrooms — enough to keep them straight. Purchase price and other details can be added later if you want them.

Yes — anytime, from Account → Subscription. Any features your new tier doesn't include become hidden, but your historical data stays intact in case you upgrade again later.

Not at launch. Annual billing with a small discount is planned once we go fully paid. If you have a strong preference, let us know on the waitlist.

Pro billing is live — you can subscribe today. The Pro-only feature set (documents, multi-entity, tax-year reports, multi-user) is rolling out gradually; subscribing now locks in launch pricing.

No — Agency is a separate product for letting agents managing properties on behalf of multiple landlords. It runs on the web only and is priced separately from the landlord plans. Pricing is TBC; join the waitlist on the For agents page.

Yes — Pro includes CSV exports of all your transactions, tenancies and property data. Free and Standard accounts can export on request.

Your account stays usable on the Free plan; paid-tier features become hidden but your underlying data is preserved. You can also delete your account entirely from /delete-account, which wipes everything.

No, never. We don't share your data with advertisers, brokers or anyone else outside the subprocessors strictly required to run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments). See the Privacy policy.

Yes — tenancy tracking works regardless of UK jurisdiction. Statutory document templates (PRTs in Scotland, etc.) aren't built in yet but you can attach your own as documents on Pro.

Not as a direct MTD bridge. Pro's tax-year CSV export is designed to drop into your accountant's MTD-compliant software (FreeAgent, Xero, etc.).
